How to fix bug in React JS slider?

Hello
The slider is tied to scrolling, on the right there is a navigation menu between slides. It consists of 3 slides and the 4th button scrolls to the anchor and ..

for some reason, when you select the 3rd menu item, scrolling to the anchor works.

Add another slide and see if the situation is the same.
Here the error is unambiguous, we must look for its beginning, perhaps the matter is in the slide itself. See different options
