How to Fix Brakes in Ubuntu 18.04?

The brakes started after starting the virtual machine on VMWare Workstation or Virtual Box. There was a complete freeze of the mouse cursor. There was no response from the keyboard either.

Remove VMware or Virtualbox :)
Check if PAE/NX is enabled
Disabled 3D acceleration

Sometimes turning off bluetooth helps.
