How to fix blurry font in Mac OS X?

I installed a hackintosh on a laptop with a 15.6" 1366x768 display and the fonts seem blurry (on a Mac Book Pro 17" 1920x1200 the fonts are not blurry). How can I render fonts like in Windows, or at least make fonts like in Windows for Chrome \ Mozilla or any other browser?

If yes. Then in Multibeast there are settings related to resolution.
