How to fix blue screen of death error ntoskrnl.exe Address in Stack ntoskrnl.exe+2a10da?

I recently installed Windows 10 Home in early December. And I started to crash games with this error, which is written in the subject in the blue screen, there were errors (you can see on the screen, there was still an error (clock watchdog timeout cide error 0x00000101))
I usually crash after 10 minutes, sometimes it just crashes without errors , sometimes blue screen. I really don't understand what the problem is.
What I did to fix this error:
1. I set everything to a minimum
2. I checked the RAM (no errors)
3. I updated the Bios driver, chipset, Nvidia.
4. Scanned via cmd (as admin) using dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and sfc /scannow .
About Computer:
1. 8GB RAM
2. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
3. 64-bit Oc Windows 10 Home
4. NVIDIA Geforce 960
