How to fix black screen after bios update?

Updated bios on MSI A320M-A PRO. HE HAS INDEPENDENTLY RESTARTED. FOLLOWING I STOP DISPLAYING INFO ON THE MONITOR. I did and tried everything, but looking for a programmer now is a long and dreary thing. Perhaps there is some point that can help solve this problem with Bios
