How to fix apt-get in rasbian?

There is rasbian, after installation I normally installed packages using apt-get, but then I decided to update gcc to 4.8 according to this instruction. Everything went well and gcc was updated, but after that I can’t install absolutely no packages, it says something like this on everyone

Package php5-fpm is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'php5-fpm' has no installation candidate

I returned the old links to the repositories (by the way, she was alone, and she was the first one in the link above "deb mirrordirector.raspbian.org/raspbian wheezy main contrib non-free rpi")
but no result. I tried everything, and apt-get clean and apt-get update and apt-get -f install and everything I could find on Google. The link to the turnip is correct because I can use it in the browser to find the package I need and download its .deb file, but how to subordinate apt-get ? Has anyone experienced this, any options?

@OrmaJever

Have you tried removing all files from the /var/lib/apt/lists directory
After doing apt-get update and so on?
And, of course, return /etc/apt/preferences as it was
