How to fix an error when starting composer on symfony?

hello everyone, I’m transferring the project to a new windows computer open server virtual server,
when I run composer update it gives an error
Script app/console ckeditor:install handling the post-update-cmd event returned with error code
1 apache cache but on linux and on Windows how to solve this?
