Hello. There is a Zabbix server version 4.4.8, there are "presets" for sending alerts to various services, including Telegram. The instruction is very simple and did not cause difficulties, but when testing, an error occurs: Sending failed: Error: cannot get URL: SSL connect error..
Has anyone encountered this kind of error? How can it be better diagnosed?
