How to fix an error when installing PUG?

There was a problem for the first time when installing pug on a clean system. Installed nodejs, used npm init. I put a scare, it passes ... unpacking (?) And at the end it knocks out npm WARN [email protected] No repository field.
I install it in the Sites folder, Nodejs is installed there (Sites\Nodejs) and pug is installed there.
Regardless of attempts to change locations, install globally, etc. - result " pug " is not an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
What can I try?

@zwezew

This "bug" should not be fixed. It's just that the name package in version 1.0.0 does not have a link to its rap in package.json.
And according to the second part, in the dock it is said to do npm install pug-cli -g
