How to fix an error in the seo_url.php file on an Opencart site?

I use Opencart Version 2.3.0.2, I created a site, the site works fine on a local server (Open Server), it gives errors when transferred to a hosting, tell me, please, how can I fix it?
I saw a similar topic, they wrote that the matter was in the settings of the .htaccess file and that hosting support helped to resolve the issue, no one knows how. But hosting support answered me that they had nothing to do with it at all.
I tried to put another site, without Seo Url, everything works.
