Did upload and download files from shared hosting to local server and vice versa. Everything was fine until the moment when I got an error. Now there is no access to hosting. Who knows what the problem is and can tell I will be grateful.

You can't get into the host's webmord via the https protocol, does the hosting itself still have access via ssh?
