How to fix access of Mikrotik itself to the Internet after setting up balancing?

I did balancing with redundancy for two WANs (here is the last question https://toster.ru/q/531204, where I corrected access to modems).
Problem: the router itself cannot go online, for example, when checking for a new firmware (ERROR: connection timed out), or to download address lists for an adblock script.
How can he be allowed?

PS. Now I wanted to do recursive routing to check the availability of the Internet on these 2 WAN interfaces ( mum.mikrotik.com/presentations/RU16I/presentation_... - it also immediately writes that 8.8.8.8 is unreachable. Apparently, this is the same problem.
PS2. I also noticed that tracert from computers does not work: only the first 2 packets, mikrotik and LTE modem pass through.

@lazix

I found an error: I swapped the modems in the ports, changed the correspondence between the names of markings and ports everywhere, and in the first rules of Mangle, where mark-connectorin forgot, the connections of one interface were marked with the name of another modem. Fixed it and everything is up and running.

Pings from the router via LTE networks are 99% closed by the operator. At least that's how it is for me, not even on Mikrotiks, so don't rack your brains.
