How to fix a shopping cart?

Problem with deleting an item from the cart.
When deleting a product, the shopping cart is not updated, i.e. we will see that the product is removed after reloading the page, and not in real time.
I found a piece of code that is responsible for this:

reloadTopBasket('del', $('#basket_line'), 200, 2000, 'N', $(this));

But how do you change it to make it work?
