How to fix a bug when installing django-cms?

Installing django-cms at https://github.com/divio/django-cms-tutorial/blob/...
After following some steps in How to fix django-cms installation error? fixed part of the problem, but still this trouble comes up when you enter the djangocms -p command. my_site:
