How to fix a 3.5mm jack?

I started shorting the 3.5 connector, the button on the headset is constantly working, regardless of the headset itself. How can I fix the connector without soldering and disassembling? There are no services nearby. Or how to programmatically disable this button in Linux?

To begin with, find out if the connector is exactly the case, the headset may be dead.

How about on other OSes? If everything is OK on Windows and Android, and taking into account the fact that the microphone on Linux continues to work normally, then it turns out that the matter is in raw Linux sound drivers that buggy process button presses.
