, and when you quickly switch between routes, for example 10 times, I get a lot of 429 errors.

The problem is the absence #!/bin/bashin dts-service.sh
Or you need to write in the unit

ExecStart=/bin/sh -c '/home/dts/bin/dts-service.sh'

Well, Type=forking is only needed if ./khconsole forks & and dts-service.sh exits. Without this, Type needs simple, that is, you can not specify it.
