How to fix 404 redirect from site directory pages?

Good afternoon.
For some reason, a redirect to a 404 page from the catalog pages began.
There are no such redirects from https://site/catalog/tipy-lestnits/na-metallokarkase/ to https://site/na-metallokarkase/ htaccess.
