How to fix 404 error?

Actually created a page in one of the sections. Brought the content, everything seems to be fine. But if you log in as a simple user, then it knocks out a 404 error, and it works fine under the admin. I looked at the access rights, it inherits "Reading", tried to change it - it did not help. What could be wrong?

Try clearing the cache
