How to fix 400 error using htaccess?

Hello
, a site with an ssl certificate
, and when you go to domen.ru/next, it knocks out the page domen.ru:443/next . can this problem be solved with htaccess, if so how? Having in mind redirection from domen.ru:443/further to domen.ru/further, I tried everything. There is no access to apache nginx, the usual ispmanager
