How to find the root of the problem in the inability to install msxml?

Good afternoon.
The essence of the problem is the following. There is a terminal server 2008. Office software is spinning on it, one of the office programs, when unloading documents, complains about the incorrect operation of msxml3.

Actually, I tried to download different versions of xml from the office. The site is soft, but during installation, all distributions give an error without any description of the problem.

In the event log, the installation is recorded as completed.

Please tell me where to look for the root of evil?

So have you tried logic? :) The program complains about the lack of msxml3 , and you put msxml6 into it. It does not matter that it is not installed, it is important that it is not needed.
(yes, I know that the new version often contains the previous ones, but not always and not in this case)
By the way, did you just try to start searching for the missing file in the folders of Windows and programs?
