How to find the right plugin for PhpStorm?

Is there such a plugin for PhpStorm, so that if I open the developer tools in Google Chrome and edit CSS styles there, then when I switch to PhpStorm, there are already changes made or so that the storm says that something has changed in chrome and should it change it too .
I heard there is a similar plugin for mozilla. I would like to find one for chrome.
