How to find the right mechanical keyboard?

I studied videos about mechanical keyboards and came to the conclusion that I like the following combination of features: skeleton, cherry mx green, rgb backlight with Cyrillic highlighting.
And I did not find any such keyboard. Where to look, mb I searched badly? Or maybe there are some DIY kits where I put what keycaps and switches I want?
