How to find the range of statistically largest numbers in a list of numbers?

There is a list of numbers, in the toy this is a characteristic of a mercenary, health, there are 100 mercenaries with a range of health from 80 to 100, the arithmetic average is about 90, you need to highlight the maximum (good) health indicators in green.
How to do it in a hurry: we consider the range 100-80=20, we take a piece of 20% of the range = 20/100*20=4.
100-4=96. We consider that the numbers from 96 to 100 are the maximum and conditionally color them in green.
Those. out of a list of 100 different mercenaries, we consider good ones whose health starts at 96.
But here a small number breaks into this series, for example. 10 (a mercenary with low health appears) and applying the above algorithm, the range of good numbers becomes from 82 to 100, which is not correct. Returning to the toy, we suddenly have almost all the mercenaries became "good".
Some statistical calculations are obviously needed here, but I don’t know what.
Please tell me what is the correct name of this problem and how to calculate it in Excel.

If there are not very many numbers, then you can take the nth percentile. Roughly speaking - sort all health indicators in descending order and take 5-10% of the top ones.
