ls -la ~/snap/telegram-desktop/

If there was an installation from a binary, then the working folder, where all the configs, logs are:
~/.local/share/TelegramDesktop
But the binary itself is already where you shoved it.
For example, in my:
/opt/Telegram

It all depends on the installation method. If through apt it can be found by
whereis telegram-desktop
If you downloaded from the site, then where you unpacked it.
