How to find the process id of a service?

The task is to write a batch file that kills the RasMan service process, after which it starts the RasMan and RasAuto service. Question - how to find out the process ID of the RasMan service in order to kill it? Preferably without a powershell, so that you can do this procedure with a batch file.
