The site has cloudFlare, when accessing from different VPS, there are 2 different IP addresses
How to find the fastest VPS for the site (for sending API requests)?
I watched VPS tests on sites: asm.ca.com and ping-admin.ru, from the 2nd service, the fastest result was in Canada Toronto, while choosing an even faster result in the 1st service (by rtt) , it turned out to be slower, although according to rtt it should be 10 times faster

2) The bandwidth of the channel
3) The distance between the server and the client
