How to find the cross-browser compatibility bug (Scripts only work in Chrome-like browsers)?

The page opens terribly in IE, Smart-TV, etc.

IMHO, scripts are disabled.
This is one of my first front-end experiences, I seem to be
missing something basic.

Used jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap.

well, download virtual machines with versions of IE and smart TV and see what's wrong there
