How to find projects with feedback that would allow you to pump up experience in writing project documentation and testing?

Good afternoon,
I work as a novice analyst, but I want to improve my skills, more in the field of application testing. I'm planning a vacation in the summer, and I would like to work somewhere as a tester (in terms of writing documentation) and an analyst with feedback that would improve the quality of my work. It is desirable that the feedback comes not only from the customer of the product, but also from the product developer or an experienced analyst/tester. If I can get feedback or recommendations based on the results of the work, it will be generally cool. Payment is of course and certainly welcome, but this is not the main thing - the main thing is still gaining experience and recommendations from more experienced colleagues.
Are there any resources where you can find such a job, even a practice not full time? I know about freelance exchanges, but as a rule they don’t like to take people without experience, even at reduced pay or for free. Maybe there are specialized sites of this kind?
And an additional question: how did you pump skills in these areas yourself?

As a rule, large companies like to host students for internships. Yandex, Luxoft, etc.
Google about "students internships in IT companies"
