How to find out why the site page reloads without permission?

I'm trying to make a page on WP, but it's terribly disturbing that it constantly reloads itself. Approximately once a minute. In all browsers.
In Chrome, the initiator is listed as Other, in MS Edge - "Navigation" (Download initiated by navigating through the main HTML document). So it's not a script.
How to determine why the page is reloading?

Do not care that this tag can only be in the head. "Developers" WP law is not written.
