How to find out who added an observer to a task?

There are 7 observers in the problem. One of them is outraged that he was added there. How to find out who added it there.
There are no such movements in the history of the task, nor in the JIRA audit log. Maybe there is some table in the database or something else that could keep track of this?

In short - no way. Take away the right to manage watchers from those who do not need it, and show the person the stop watching button.
