Open the Mainboard tab in this program (CPU-z), and enter the name of the motherboard into google.com ( 2 lines in CPU-z\Mainboard). Further:

A similar situation.
Mother at 775, MSI P35 Neo 2 FR + Xenon 5450
Percentage in the system is determined with a stock BIOS, everything works, there are no obvious jambs yet.
But, this whole thing only works on win7. win10 is not installed (it hangs at the boot stage from USB Flash)
On the Internet they write that this is normal.
With a modified bios (adding new CPU IDs), win10 won't boot either.
