There is BURP, it does not show all requests, and is more suitable for sites. Many programs simply do not appear there.

There is Wireshark, but it is not suitable, because you need to know exactly which address the information is sent to.
For example: test.ru/analytics
And Wireshark only shows the IP address.

I want to find a way to find out which address which program sends its data to.

Not true, HTTP communication always involves a URL. It's another matter if it's HTTPS - then squats with decryption are added.
