How to find out what is the problem when loading a site on nv hosting?

Uploaded the project to the hosting - hostinger.ru, in public_html. I set up a connection to the database, turned on the debugger, but, in production:

The my-site.com page isn’t working

my-site.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Where to look where is the problem?
PS tariff is free.

See where the problem is in error.log !
