How to find out what httpd memory is occupied?

Periodically, httpd worker processes start to reserve a lot of memory (in the image, process 8625 ate 1.8GB of RAM RES) how to see what data it is reserved for pmap marks large sections as anon (allocated memory)? (over time, the number of such workflows grows)
