How to find out what git repositories are on the device? And, preferably, how to find out in which folders these repositories are located.
//Of course there is an option to install the Everything application on Windows and search for ".git" all over the PC, but this is not what I would like.

No way.
repositories are not set to any special list, so just search.
But for the search, you don’t need to put some kind of everything, just the built-in search will do just as well
