How to find out the user's role in the user-management module?

Good day! Here is the extension itself on GitHub . I want to find out the user's role by id using this method (as far as I understand, it is he who is responsible for this):

$user = \webvimark\modules\UserManagement\models\rbacDB\Role::getUserRoles(1);

But for some reason it gives me an empty array. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance!
PS The user has a role, checked.
