How to find out the torque e. engine?

Take, for example , this engine
Plainly, but in general nothing is said about it, except for the rotation speed.
Yes, you can find it on Google, but how to find out, for example, about a less popular engine. ?

How much can it pull? Maybe there is an article about the choice?
When I built my copter, at one time I took 6 fairly powerful motors. Now he can pull 6.7kg for sure.

Torque does not depend on speed. The torque is directly proportional to the contact area (inductive interaction) of the rotor and stator.

The torque can be any depending on the current mode of operation.
You are probably looking for Maximum Torque. But the torque is linearly dependent on the current. And the maximum current is a compromise with overheating.
Power is current times voltage. P = V * I Or torque per radial
speed P = M * w V *
I = M * w : M = (I*efficiency) / k for nominal operation
