How to find out the reason why app updates on android are endlessly waiting to be downloaded?
There is a phone Asus Zenfone 3 (Z012DA aka ZE552KL) based on android 8.0. The phone is NOT rooted.
Once every two to three weeks, a list of applications available for updating is displayed. When you click the Update button, the first application in the list goes into either Downloading or Download pending state. The wait continues until you interrupt. Naturally, there is no update. Changing the access point, switching to the mobile Internet, changing the geographic location does not have any effect on the result. Only a reboot with an immediate start of the update manually helps.
That is, I suspect that there is no problem with the channel and the radio module, and the reason lies in some kind of service. For example, the antivirus of the Sberbank application or some remnants of the Lucky Patcher application.
Is there any way to find out what the problem is? (Through adb, some logs, etc.)
