How to find out the password from Windows 10?

I know there is a way through cmd with the output of net user password * , but I want to know exactly this password and not change it.
1) Is it possible to change the password later in the logs to find the old password?
2) Or let's say there is access to a PC, is it possible to disable the password output through netplwz.exe and then enable it again? (As if nothing happened)
3) In short, can you use a PC without resetting your password?

You can find out only if you install a keylogger, otherwise only a reset
