How to find out how many people use this whitelist?
The only idea is to keep track of the number of times a file has been accessed, but is there a more elegant solution?

The number of file accesses can be counted through the Apache logs -- xakep.ru/2004/07/21/23140/ or nginx nginx.org/ru/docs/control.html
