How to find out the network user who opened the file?

There is a Windows Server 2003 used as a file storage in the local network. Folders with files are shared on the server. Through the net file command, you can find out which files are open remotely, but how to find out who specifically opened / launched the file and blocked it, or from which ip-address or machine? Because this command produces a table where all users are guests. There is also a net session command that displays which specific ip-addresses remotely opened files and their number, but does not display which files are open. The same can be seen through "Computer Management" in the "Utilities / Shared Folders / Open Files (Sessions)" section. Is there a way or a third-party program that allows you to monitor a bunch of ip-address (local computer name) and an open file?

Yes, but not in your case.
In your case, the resource (printer, file, directory) is opened by the user who is allowed (or not =) to work with the resource.
In more modern operating systems of the Windows Server family, you can set up logging (which user accessed the resource successfully and from which address), but in 2003, EMNIP, this was not yet the case.
