How to find out the list of available parameters of VK API methods?

Good day!
I'm interested in how you can find out the ENTIRE list of parameters of certain VK API methods
. For example, the messages.send method is off. documentation https://vk.com/dev/messages.send does not specify the "tit" parameter, I would like to know how to get all the available parameters, as well as other methods that are not in the off. documentation.
