Didn't dig deep, but setting container body row for one element at the same time is a mistake.
row must be inside container. If you fix such things, maybe the scroll will go away.
The same thing in the navbar you have container + row, but this is not correct. Why is there a row at all if there are no columns?
And the worst mistake: do not connect bootstrap and fondation - these are analogues that were not designed to work together. If you use them in parts - maybe there will be norms, but completely 1 and 2 = does not work.
