How to find out the IP of a site?

There is a site, school155.edu.kh.ua, I'm trying to find out its IP, it gives out Germany, 5.9.127.244 , but when I try to ping 5.9.127.244 , it says that the waiting limit has been exceeded ... I think this is a proxy, how to find out the real IP or ping this one ( which is most likely fake)?

This is not a proxy, this is hosting (possibly a dedicated server) from a hatzer, and pings do not go because the admin has direct hands and he banned pings to the server

it also happens if the site has a CDN, then maybe you have one ip of the site, and on which thread of the online test it is different
