How to find out the HOST of each IP from a large list?

The boss at work set the task to find out the HOST from more than 1000 IPs. Why, I don't know.

What utility or script under Windows can do this? If you know, please share the link.

By HOST do you mean the DNS name of the file?
Something like-

FOR /F "TOKENS=1*" %%i IN (E:\test\in.txt) DO nslookup %%i >> E:\test\out.txt
