Impossible.
But there are three workarounds: face recognition in the photo, punch the name in the database of names, look from which person the signatures under the posts.
Instagram doesn't give away gender.
I am writing an application for promoting on Instagram, using the web version.
You can get a lot of things from an account, except for gender.
Gender only uses Instagram itself, in the statistics section of a business account, using the data that the user indicated in the profile in the "gender" column. Outside, they do not stick out anywhere, neither in the mobile version, nor on the web.
Another fourth workaround: use the floor from FB. But few people link their Facebook to an account, especially in the CIS
