The situation is this. I upload 360 files to the Chinese cloud, the speed is low, sometimes it drops to almost none. Uploading to the Baidu cloud - everything is fine. How to find out on which section of the route the speed is cut?

On both screenshots, the Beeline operator is visible, in 999% of cases the speed is cut by him :)
Alternatively, you can check by raising the https proxy server to vps and connect to the cloud through it, if the speed increases, then this is definitely the provider mode. In general, cut clouds / torrents, etc. it's "fashionable" now.
