How to find out how much memory resources an Android application uses?

Good day. I'm slowly writing and testing my application. I'm trying to accomplish the task in different ways. And therefore, it is important for me how much the application uses for this implementation of memory. Almost everything is possible in programming, you just need to know how to do it. So I don't know how yet. Hence the question to experienced craftsmen. Please tell me where can I read about it or can someone tell me something?
