I do not think that this is physically possible from the vps itself, tk. she is a virtual girl for that. It is better to use just proven hosters, which I do competently and know how to distribute the load well. Plus, cloud providers most likely now have clusters in which, due to server breakdowns, their number is variable. for example, on a c7000 basket from hp, you can stick 16 servers with 2 processors in each, raise a hypervisor on top of all this and set up virtual machines, the number of which can be variable, but of course you want the declared cores to always get to you in full

One hoster has 10 virtual machines on ancient core2duo, and the other has 32 virtual machines on 2xXeon E3 with ssd. Who do you think is better?
