How to find one photo in random issue?

Let's say I have a link from which I need an image, but when the page is refreshed, the photo changes. How can you make it so that until this particular photo is available, selenium updates the page, or does something else.

I didn’t use Selenium, but if you already have a photo that you need to get, then you can download the photo in a loop and use PIL to check for matches
